By the way has anyone ever compared the Kingdom Greek Interlinear's contradictions with their own NWT Christian Greek Scriptures? Pretty tedious work but important to understand just how the WTSociety has inserted different meanings by substituting different words, and in many instances added words that aren't in the earliest manuscripts.
The most intensified alterations are to do with putting Jesus down a notch or two from God, which also has the knock on effect of distancing people's relationship with Jesus on a personal level.
The words "worship" and "obeisance" have been mixed up. Compare Revelation 22:8 with Matt 2:2; Matt 2:11 compare Rev 5:14; 7:11; 11:16; 13:4; 19:4; 20:4. They're all the same word in the original Greek.
YET in the organisation's earlier PURPLE Kingdom Interlinear worship was worship, not do obeisance.
Anyone remember all those "in union with Christ" scriptures in Ephesians? The Interlinear wrote "in Christ". Eg: Ephesians 2:10 original: "For we are made having been created in Christ Jesus upon work good..." WTSociety translation: "For we are a product of his work and were created in union with Christ Jesus for good works..." There's heaps more: Eph 1:1,3,4,11; 2:7,10,13, 21,22; 3:6,11; 5:8; 6:1 also 1Corinthians 1:30; 2Cor:5:17; and Philippians 1:1,13; 3:9; 4:21.
Interlinear says in Luke 17:21 "The kingdom of God INSIDE of YOU." WTSociety translates: "The kingdom of God is in your midst."
It does't take Einstein to see how twisted and changed the words and the intent is.

I always thought the Greek Interliner was one of the best books the society published.
I was cleaning out my study a few days ago and threw away a lot of books and that were on my shelves ready for field service. So far, I’m still keeping my old study books, and a few brochures. I used to think the trinity brochure and That no one who read it would be able to believe that doctrine. If they really read it. Now I’ve heard it was full of misquotes. The other one I kept was the one on God’s name because it had pictures of the Tetragrammaton on buildings and I love architecture and was impressed and wondered how people could deny it. It hurts my heart so much. I can’t look at them, but I can’t throw them away either.

When the bible was translated, the interpreter translated the name of God as Jehovah. That's pretty inaccurate. God is referred to in the bible by many names, but the primary three are: Elohim( Meaning God), Yahweh( Meaning Lord) and Adonai(Meaning Ruler, master, Lord). According to the bible, God replied to Moses '' I AM WHO I AM'', when Moses asked for God's name. The name Jehovah, Yahweh, YHWH, is not mentioned by God himself. Mind you, there is not such a name in the Greek scriptures. It's another lamentable human fabrication. Moreover, the Hebrew language was inferior to ancient Greek, Latin, Babylonian and Egyptian at the time. That makes impossible for God to pick an inferior spoken language to represent himself. In conclusion, it is highly unlikely that Jehovah is God's name.

A good book to read if you're into archaeology/ancient history and can find a copy is The Bible Unearthed by Israel Finkelstein and Neil Asher Silberman. They're Jewish archaeologists who detail in their book why the Old Testament isn't based in fact.
